Debt solutions co **** AND *****
I wish there was a zero stars option ! I was contacted by the company named debt solutions co and they had brought to my knowledge that they will remove me from debt review for no charge as they are affiliated with the government they have sent me the below forms and reassured me that I will not be under debt review any longer . They have taken advantage of me not understanding what they were actually doing , they have for me to go under debt review again by under them . I would like to lay a complaint about the misinformation that they have given me under false pretences . A guy by the name of Michael from the call center contacted me with a whole lot of lies and misinformation. He then transferred me to another person who has made me approve bank mandates . Are they allowed to do such a thing under incorrect information. A man by the name of Muhammad yusuf Amlay was appointed as my debt review counsellor . The NCR has stated that removing my name is a legal process and cannot be done at no cost , In some cases lawyers are involved .

Incorrect information provided
The agent that had called me, had made promises that by taking up their cover, my overall monthly contribution towards these accounts will drop which sounded great at that time . I was skeptical of their offer and had taken the cover reluctantly and a short while later called them back to cancel the cover. A man by the name of Craig (Manager) had convinced me to stay with cover due to said reasons: My Credit score will not get affected at all he stated that infact it will improve My account terms won’t be extended and will remain in the same time frame as which I initially had when I opened the accounts. I will not be in arrears with my accounts . Had I known the extent of lies I was sold, I would have not considered this debt review. He did not state that the accounts will only be paid two months after the initial collection of the debit order which in turn caused to have missed payments and to be in arrears with my scheduled accounts. My credit record has been tarnished, my accounts are in arrears, and I am left to deal with financial implications based on this company’s untruthfulness and dishonesty.I urge you all never to trust this company .!!
