These people where supposed to call me but all thwy do is buzz me and when i get back to them their lines are unreachable i have been requesting them to send documents to a company that is suppose to help with the debt solution they put me i was told they refusing to send to the company please assist

Poor service
I have been waiting for more than 6 months for this company to send me the 17.7 document to give to legacy solutions so they can take me out of this mess that they put me in without my consent. Now they failing to send these documents they keep promising a lady name Nikita is the one who was supposed to send but nothing after that.

Refusing to remove me
I have a bad experience with these people they put me on debt review without my consent now i want to be out, when i communicated with Ayanda mayekiso and Nikita they said they will remove my name from the list its been months, the company that is removing me they are refusing to send them the file and when i call debt solutions Co it goes to say its busy its been weeks trying to reach them. Nikita keeps on saying they have sent the documents but nothing
