Refusing to remove flag
I’ve received my clearance certificate back in January, and I was told they will have the flag removed. It’s been 2 months now, still nothing. This is one of the worst debt counsellers ever. They don’t care, as long as they get paid. Their customer service staff is horrible, no ones wants to help.
I have decided to take a legal action against them. It’s been almost 2 years now going back and forth.
