debtdoctor stealing money

applied for a modem from Telkom which was not approved next thing so Debtdoctor makes an debit order of R39 on my account which I did not give permission for at al I feel that this is corruption and blatantly stealing money from the consumers I have never ever dealt with any body from this company who gave the permission to debit my account doubt that I will ever see my money again
