kak service cant even cancel a contract
worst network ever will be cancelling al my contracts and moving to another network my data contract was cancelled on 01 December 2020 Ref 1-2835954604 on 15 January 2021 my services was suspended on my cell contract without any prior notification got hold of a service champion if you can cal them that and was told that my data contract was not closed hence the reason for the suspension was told to phone the retention department and find out why it was not cancelled after holding on for one hour got through and got my services on 22 January 2021 my services was gut again have no idea what they are doing but cant go on like this called again and got through to a Nancy from retention department was promised that everything is done and my service will be reinstated this was not done and im still without network 0834422953

Fraud from Edgars and Jet
Illegal handover of Pre-paid number to contract By Vodacom. This complaint is very straightforward and according to online comments has been ongoing for years. In short - my number now belongs to a company called RMCS because Vodacom gave them my number. RMSC handles cellular packages for Edgars and Jet - I don't have an account for either! Now when trying to do a Sim Swap because my phone was stolen cant even get hold of the company called RCMS neither Edgars or Jet is willing to assist in this regard I need a Sim Swap done and in my opinion Edgars, Jet & Vodacom all happily support this scam

debtdoctor stealing money
applied for a modem from Telkom which was not approved next thing so Debtdoctor makes an debit order of R39 on my account which I did not give permission for at al I feel that this is corruption and blatantly stealing money from the consumers I have never ever dealt with any body from this company who gave the permission to debit my account doubt that I will ever see my money again

So Music coruption illegally debitting accounts
I applied for a modem from Telkom which was not approved next thing so music makes an debit order of R49 on my account which I did not give permission for at al I feel that this is corruption and blatantly stealing money from the consumers I have never ever dealt with any body from this company who gave the permission to debit my account doubt that I wil ever see my money again

from product recall to breakdown
<p>Got a product recall letter from them took my car to them did the vehicle inspection beforehand and booked the car in for a safety harness to be fitted needles to say the week before my car went in for a service and everything was fine got my car back and the Anbin the service advisersaid everything is fine but it seems that there is a small bit of water leaking from my water bottel pipe but he is not sure if it is water from when they whased the car or because of the pressure in the engine but assured me it is nothing seroius a week later i got a message popping up saying that my coolent level is low replaced it and gave him a call concerning this after taking my vehichles regestration number and telephone number he promised to call me back two days later still no feedback in the meantime the water pipe broke leaving me with no vehicle to drive and no resposibility from them i phoned the workshop manager where i was advised tht i must phone roadside assist to get the vehicle towed to them roadside assist assures me that i will be held liable for the towing cost cant see why bother taking your car to dealers to be fixed and you get it back worse</p>
