Flagged without my approval.

I do not have any contract with them, nothing is being deducted or ever been deducted. Only received a call from them trying to assist me with my debt which I am able to manage. I declined their services after providing my details to an agent to verify my debt only to find out I was being flagged. My debt is less than 5k which I don't have a problem paying monthly. I complained and asked them to remove this flag that they have placed under my name and was promised a call to assist me remove it. Instead they send an email to explain how debt review can help me, I don't need this. I can't apply for credits or anything because of them, 5k debt and you being placed under debt review like really??? Been complaining and trying to get help since last year. The next response will be for me to send them my details and someone will contact me, nothing new but same responses all the time. Might as well take this to court.
