Removal of red flag refusal.

Nothing is being deducted or ever been deducted. Only received a call from them trying to assist me with my debt which I am able to manage. I enquired about their services but have never been assisted I was flagged. I asked them to remove this flag they put as I'm paying my accounts on my own but they refuse yet they've done NOTHING for me.
