Can never get a refund or a reply

1 star is too much. Placed order on 30 June. Made phones calls, sent numerous emails and WhatsApp messages. The few times they managed to reply - they advise I will get a refund. Reading the numerous complaints on hello Peter- it seems like they just take everyone money. Don’t ever buy from them, no hope of getting your money back or what your ordered.
