Reckless trading
I wish I had read the HelloPeter comments before ordering. Placed order in August, item 1 of 3, the cheapest, was delivered with a big delay, followed by 2 months of excuse after excuse for the shipment of items 2 and 3. Yolanda Heyn's DecoSA website meanwhile shut down and I have instructed attorneys. Absolutely reckless trading.

Sly way of doing business
I ordered a tv unit from this company lomger than a month ago and to this day nothing received and no e mail communication. From reading all the other reviews this looks like a very dodgy company. No contact details and their website is now closed with no way of communicatin with them. Anyone know what i can do? I am moving into my new home and missing furniture now because of these people with no refund or communication from them.

Sly way of doing business
I ordered a tv unit from this company lomger than a month ago and to this day nothing received and no e mail communication. From reading all the other reviews this looks like a very dodgy company. Terrible service
0 stars - (Order #2490) Placed an order on 3 August 2021 fro 3 items. Received 1 of 3 items. Have been advised on numerous occasions that my other 2 items would be delivered. After countless unfulfilled promises to deliver my other 2 items I requested a refund. Was advised on 1 October 2021 that my refund would be processed. Still no refund received. If I do not receive my refund by this afternoon my attorneys will be sending a letter of demand first thing Monday morning.

Can never get a refund or a reply
1 star is too much. Placed order on 30 June. Made phones calls, sent numerous emails and WhatsApp messages. The few times they managed to reply - they advise I will get a refund. Reading the numerous complaints on hello Peter- it seems like they just take everyone money. Don’t ever buy from them, no hope of getting your money back or what your ordered.

Can never get a refund or a reply

Reading the numerous complaints on hello Peter- it seems like they just take everyone money. Don’t ever buy from them, no hope of getting your money back or what your ordered.

Deco SA - Unable to refund us!!!
Deco SA took R19350 from us. We placed an order for a reception desk months ago. At first there where constant delays and no communication. From manufacturing delays to handing our order to a new manufacturer. This company Deco SA does not manufacture any items but they insists that they do. We where told by a manufacturer that they told Deco SA to stop listing their products due to customers not receiving their items. The last email to us from Deco SA stated that their lawyers will contact us, they have had financial losses the past 2 years and now want to start with liquidation of the company this week. Stay far away from this company Deco SA. We have appointed a private investigator to deal with this matter and assist us with the law suit.
