Deco SA - Unable to refund us!!!
Deco SA took R19350 from us. We placed an order for a reception desk months ago. At first there where constant delays and no communication. From manufacturing delays to handing our order to a new manufacturer. This company Deco SA does not manufacture any items but they insists that they do. We where told by a manufacturer that they told Deco SA to stop listing their products due to customers not receiving their items. The last email to us from Deco SA stated that their lawyers will contact us, they have had financial losses the past 2 years and now want to start with liquidation of the company this week. Stay far away from this company Deco SA. We have appointed a private investigator to deal with this matter and assist us with the law suit.

Deco SA and owner Yolanda Heyns took R20000 from us. We placed an order for a reception desk months ago. At first there where constant delays and no communication. From manufacturing delays to handing our order to a new manufacturer. This company Deco SA does not manufacture any items but Yolanda insists that they do as per her emails to us. We where told by a manufacturer that they informed Yolanda to stop listing their products due to customers not receiving their items. The last email to us from the owner states clearly that their attorney will contact us, they have had financial losses the past 2 years and now want to start with the possible liquidation of the company this week. Stay far away from this company and owner Yolanda Heyns. We have appointed a private investigator to deal with this matter and assist us with the law suit. We have all the information on email and WhatsApp. Unfortunately we are not the only people who got tricked by this company.
