Excellent service
I very rarely come across customer service this exceptional, and I truly felt compelled to leave a review for Geraldine and her team. From the very beginning, Geraldine was kind, professional, patient, and incredibly helpful throughout the entire process. What impressed me most was not only her communication, but the way she handled an unexpected issue with complete honesty, care, and professionalism. Without hesitation, she immediately took the matter seriously, investigated it with her supplier, kept me updated every step of the way, and went above and beyond to make things right. In today’s world, it is honestly rare to find someone who genuinely cares about their customers the way she does. Her kindness, integrity, fast communication, and willingness to resolve the situation so quickly completely exceeded my expectations. Worst cabinet ever purchased
Dear hellopeter Community, We purchased a cabinet from Decor Essentials recently. This is the single worst purchase I have made in 20 years. It was not as advertised at all. Instructions to assemble was unclear and in another language. Doors of the cabinet will never be flush, unless a spacer is used. For a few hundred rand extra, we would have been able to purchase a cabinet of 5 times the quality. We will never buy from Decor Essentials again and would recommend that they be avoided at all costs. I would rather play the lottery next time than taking a chance on them providing a quality product. The odds are better.

Worst Service Ever
I bought gift boxes from these people. As a business this is the worst Service I have every received and still struggling. They don't respond on Whatsapp or email, don't the order or payment even though I send 2 payment confirmations to them. I would rather buy my boxes somewhere else for my clients gifts. And the worst part is I can't reach them to find out what is going on.
