Goods not received. Promised refund not received.

We have placed an order for various items in May 2021 for my daughters birthday (which has subsequently come and gone). .

Since then and after numerous emails and requests we have received only a few of the smaller items.

There is little to no feedback. Promises made that the outstanding bed and vanity table have been dispatched two weeks ago… yet no delivery.

Our decosa profile indicates that the order has been delivered… this is not true.

Commitment to refund has been made to refund on Friday, 1 Oct and we are still awaiting whether this will happen.

Today at about 7:00 I received an email requesting that I rate the dressing table we purchased…… just to note that we have not received our goods…

At this time I am uncertain whether we will ever see the ordered goods or receive a refund.
