DecoSA is a SCAM
What a sham…I ordered a mat in the beginning of September and to date I have not heard a damn thing from this company,except when they acknowledged payment…I have no contact number nor do they respond to emails…it’s utterly disgusting

Scam website - don’t order from here
Purchased two items totaling R3860.00 on 29 September and 1 October 2021. Nothing delivered to date and no way of telephonically contacting the company. Follow-up emails sent to them with no response. Website shows closed down and clicking on the order link shows Shopify trial expired. Seems to be a scam website.

Scam website - don’t order from here
Purchased two items totaling R3860.00 on 29 September and 1 October 2021. Nothing delivered to date and no way of telephonically contacting the company. Rolling delivery date and poor communication
Actually I want to give them 0 stars as I am having similar problems. Ordered a cabinet on the 23rd July (#2480) and constantly have to follow up on my order. No phone number to contact and getting similar replies of a promise to deliver! Currently, 3 emails later and no reply☹️ Were do I go from here??? Refund? More empty promises

Rolling delivery date and poor communication
Actually I want to give them 0 stars as I am having similar problems. Ordered a cabinet on the 23rd July (#2480) and constantly have to follow up on my order. Goods not received. Promised refund not received.
We have placed an order for various items in May 2021 for my daughters birthday (which has subsequently come and gone). . Since then and after numerous emails and requests we have received only a few of the smaller items. There is little to no feedback. Promises made that the outstanding bed and vanity table have been dispatched two weeks ago… yet no delivery. Our decosa profile indicates that the order has been delivered… this is not true. Commitment to refund has been made to refund on Friday, 1 Oct and we are still awaiting whether this will happen. Today at about 7:00 I received an email requesting that I rate the dressing table we purchased…… just to note that we have not received our goods… At this time I am uncertain whether we will ever see the ordered goods or receive a refund. Stay Away
We purchased 2 items from them. The items showed in stock. However when we did not received dillivery we contacted them and they said that the item was to be manufactured. We waited the 2 week that was said. At the 3rd week still no dillivery. At the forth week we eventually got dillivery of the one item and was told that we would get a refund of the other. Weeks later and still no refund. We have escalated it now to the Ombudsman as this company liars and a fraudulent.

Stay Away

Horrible experience
These people have taken our money and delivered no product to us. After various mails and calls I am now forced to open a case of fraud at the Durbanville police station. To date no refund has been processed as promised by Yolanda as far back as the 5th of August.
