My wifi has been down since yesterday (early afternoon). The first time I called, they were unable to resolve the issue and escalated it (apparently...). I called again this morning, and had a discussion as if this was the first time I called, the call got cut off after I was on the line with them for almost 30 minutes on my own voice minutes. No call back. Called again, after another 30 minutes of frustration and not getting anywhere was told that the operator was unable to reach the department that needed to assist and would therefore call me back after 15 min. I made a promise that should this not happen I will take to Hello Peter because it's clear Supersonic doesn't care if people work from home and their livelihood kind of depends on having a wifi connection. Pathetic and not the first time. I'd give zero stars if this were an option. When it comes to resolving issues Supersonic is probably one of the worst, if not the worst.
These people have taken our money and delivered no product to us. After various mails and calls I am now forced to open a case of fraud at the Durbanville police station. To date no refund has been processed as promised by Yolanda as far back as the 5th of August.
We have once again had the worst customer service experience that Dstv has to offer. They can’t or won’t clear our 143 and e-16 error codes and was twice hung up on rather than trying to help and once transferred to another agent simply because the agent did not want to talk anymore. And then put on hold for close to 10 minutes, assuming that the latest agent also did not feel like talking anymore. Forced to hang up, and concede defeat with another call centre experience leaving us with a sour taste on our mouth. Off course it goes without saying the problem is nowhere near solved, and the two hours spent on the phone tonight to no avail. Time to cancel the subscription, I think.
If I could score 0 stars I would. It has been three weeks 4 call outs with technicians and countless calls (every single day) to try and resolve an issue that just they just can’t be bothered to resolve. The service is so pathetic it’s difficult to put into words. The latest resulted in a response when asking to be put through to the manager of ‘I’ll put you through to cancellations rather’. Absolutely disgusting
