No delivery. Empty promises. Poor communication

We have placed an order for various items in May 2021 for my daughters birthday (which has subsequently come and gone). .

Since then and after numerous emails and requests we have received only a few of the smaller items.

There is little to no feedback. Promises made that the outstanding bed and vanity table have been dispatched two weeks ago… yet no delivery.

Our decosa profile indicates that the order has been delivered… this is not true.

Commitment to refund has been made and that we will be contacted (promised on 29th)… again this is were it stops. No contact, no refund.

Truly a terrible experience.
