Fraud and Theft

I have worked 2 years for the company and they deducted my provident fund, SARS Tax and UIF every month.. After my resignation I requested my Provident fund Claim forms and they couldn't provide me with it.. Before I could even withdraw my resignation they chased me away. I went to the Provident fund offices (SALT) and they confirmed the company is a non compliant client. I never received my IRP5's for the last 2 years which means no tax was paid because I was not even registered with them. I am struggling to get my provident fund from the company since February it's been almost 5 months and nothing paid yet. I even got an email from SALT proving that nothing was ever paid..
