The company is ****ming people. We paid for a course in May 2022 and until today 28 November 2023 we are still asking for the certificate. We paid in full before the course but now we are unable to get tye certificate. Excuses on excuses which looks like they just take your money and make empty promises.. Hopefully they are registered because I'm not going to leave this. Either they need to refund me or they must provide me with a registered certificate
I requested a quote in March/April. More than 2 different people sent me quotes and emails, even phoned me. After everything was sorted Vox told me they cannot install more lines in our area. I haven't accept any installations or anything. Vox contacted me and said they doing a delivery for the router. I told them I don't need their service anymore as I'm relocating. They tried to deliver and the people at the property refused delivery because I was not there and usually arrange with them if something gets delivered. Vox debited my account on 15 October, tried to call them no luck, I then phoned my bank and stopped the debit order. Early morning hours of 20 October I received a letter of Demand Payment requesting payments. They even show how much data I used since end of September. How is that possible if there is no fiber line even installed, no router nothing installed??? I am really shocked with the service from Vox.. They never answer my emails nor my phone calls..
I am very upset as I paid more than my monthly installment and they give me a bad credit saying I didn't pay for the last 5 months.. I need urgent advise
I applied for credit somewhere else and got declined due to telkom. I do not have any accounts with Telkom. On my credit app it shows that I have opened a new account in July and owe Telkom R471. This does not make sense at all but due to this I have 1 month arrears in payments (Telkom). Telkom is giving me a bad credit name now because of **** and they need to sort out this issue very soon... Never in my life will I open an account with Telkom. Not being a client and they treat me like this..
I am very disappointed in Vodacom service. I upgraded and waiting over a week for my phone to be delivered. This is ridiculous.. And nobody can assit with anything.. But when they want money that are always telling me I am a good client because I have 6 different contracts. I am about to cancel all these contracts I am tired of struggling to get assistance..
I went to Game at Somerset Mall. They never have stock, after doing a rain check I am waiting more than a week for stock and the shelfs are still empty. This is ridiculous. When you ask the staff when they will get stock they just laugh at you and say they don't know. Such a big place with a fabulous name turned into a ridiculous place with no stock. I don't understand how this can even be possible.. Weeks without stock.
Very bad service.. Made arrangements to get my account up to date and after a month or 2 months of payments my account is in arrears with over R1000 can't even use the phone nothing is working.. This is ridiculous.. Looking for a new service provider who can sort out issues and not refer you to each and every shop
I am not sure if I can trust FNB anymore. They keep on letting debit orders go off from an account, to reverse a debit order it costs you money. Cash Handling fees are R349.25, Service fees are R116.30 and then you also have to pay Service fees for R59.00. This is happening every month now. I don't understand how a FNB client are suppose to use their services when FNB are robbing their clients. This can't go on like this. I am sick of this. They take more than what you earn. Dont even have spending money and I don't know what safety I have with the bank when they allow debit orders not even authorized to go off you account. Account standing in the Red forever. You can't save money, you can't do anything with this useless bank.
I requested a call more than 5 times already regarding my husbands insurance with budget. No call was received.
