Excellent fishing tackle shop reflects the heart and soul of the people running it. Any business is about making money, but Dee's fishing tackle also invite customers to be part of their family. Whether you buy an item or not, free advice helps fishermen keep doing what they're passionate about, only better. Their interest also expands deeper into helping the community with Natalie's work for the New Beginnings animal shelter. They're excellent in what they do for the angling community as well as those who strive to be better humans.

I would never support this place ever again, nor would I ever suggest anyone to buy anything there. The man running the shop has no idea how to work with customers! I went there to look for alarm adapters for my husband's fishing rod stand. The man told me that he designed his own adapters as sensation's product is **** according to him. He assured me it would fit and I trusted him since I know very little of fishing. I bought it and guess what, it didn't fit and my husband did not like it either. So I sent a whatsapp requesting a refund as I will be returning it. At first he said I could get store credit afterwhich I replied saying that I would hear from my husband first. My husband said that he did not need anything and just want the refund which I told the man via whatsapp and I would be returning it. Afterwhich he replied by a emoji suggesting a "thumbs up". When I got there, I told him with a smile that it was a pity that it wouldn't fit. He started writing something and handed it to me. Upon asking what it was he said it was store credit. I referred to the whatsapp messages between him and myself where he agreed I could return his goods for a refund. He started getting irated so I said to him my husband was not going to like this and I dialed my husband's number. Then all of a sudden he reached underneath the counter and grabbed money and very rudely said he was giving the money back. When he handed it to me, he started telling me how this was now going to affect his books on the computer and what ever else which is none of my concern. Then I apologised again and added that if his product worked in the first place, there wouldn't have been a problem. I greeted and walked out. He still greeted sarcastically that I should enjoy my day. Ten minutes later I realized he blocked me on whatsapp and to think my husband was going to give him business by letting him servicing his and his colleague's reels... It's safe to say NEVER. He also told me other places do not give refunds which is a total lie. A very friendly man at another tackle shop helped me with a alternative adapter and said if it doesn't work I should please feel free to bring it back for a refund he would happily give me. He clearly also did not know that he just upset the wrong kind of customer! :-(
