I bought a TV at Hi-fi Corporation Rustenburg on 29/06/2024. As it is still new the ports are giving problems and is malfunctioning. I spoke to the manager, Bafana on 12/10/2024 and he assisted in booking the fault and stated that a technician will come to fix the TV at my house as it is still under warranty. Today I called to follow up. First attempt the phone just rang and rang. Then when I got through the guy speak in such a manner that I was unable to hear him and I was transferred without the phone ever being answered or knowing where I was transferred to. When I called back the lady who answered refused to tell me who the manager was but she handed the phone to a man who claimed to be the sales manager but I did not get his name. He said he would call back but did not. This service is VERY POOR and I would definitely not advise anyone to go to your establishment. Can I get answers on when I can expect some sort of service or just give my money back and take your TV!!
POOR SERVICE!! I phoned in April to downgrade my account to Easyview. I spoke to Qaqamba Vena and I confimed that I did not want anything but the R 29 Easyview package. She confimed all changes were done. This morning I received a sms and find my subscription is not working. I just phoned and spkke to Silinbwe. Now she wants to charge me all sorts of charges. I have to e plain more than once that I already established with Qaqamba that I am downgrading to the R 29 Easyview package with no extra charges. Silinbwe did not seem interested to listen. She continued by saying I need to pay for reconnecting fees. For what? I did not make the mistake. I downgraged in time as I was told. I am not happa about this. Please fix the issue. I am mot paying abything but the R 29 for Easyview I downgraded to.

Good day, I am herewith lodging a complaint to which I need proper, efficient and urgent attention please. I disputed 3 payments that were debited from my account for for the amount of R 950,00 per month consecutively for 3 months which I have no knowledge of and therefore DID NOT give authorisation. The bank branch informed me that it would be investigated. Last week the monies were credited to my account, only to be deducted again by the same company overseas, I'll have you know. I now expect this matter to be treated with priority and urgency and the monies returned to me as soon as possible.
TERRIBLE SERVICE!!!!! ABTP8364//4284007 This third party claim has been ongoing for almost 2 months! Not receiving any feedback from Absa, call centres keep putting me tp the wrong deoartments and wasting my airtime. An assesor still has not been sent! This service is appauling!!!!!!!! The vehicle needs to be repaired ASAP!!!!!!!!

After reporting it, thet sent Kobus to go have a look, whereafter he stated that everything was 100% at my dad's but that the fault was at Telkom "sentrale" itself. This morning, upload speed is zero and download speed between zero and one mbps. We are so incredibly frustrated, sitting with a line we're paying for which nobody is doing anything to get it fixed! HORRIBLE service!!

I upgraded on 1 October 2021 I have two lines and requested one black and one violet handsets and to be sent simultaneously. Only one was delivered and it was blue. I am battling for more than a week for Vodacom to collect this device. To make matters worse my number as been blocked by Vodacom online so it's almost impossible to fix the mess Vodacom created! Why am I punished for Vodacom's mess!!!!! Still nothing has been done. No call from a manager! No collection of wrongly sent device! No unblocking of my number for your mess! No delivery of correct devices! Is this what Vodacom has become??? I REFUSE TO SPEAK TO ANOTHER CONSULTANT AND FOR A MANAGER TO CALL ME URGENTLY!!!!!!!!!!
I upgraded both my contracts on 01 October 2021 with Lungani. I specifically asked for 1 Black and 1 Violet handsets. According to Lungani, there were no violet in stock so he would put in on back order and I would wait a few weeks, which I was happy with. I also stated to deliver the black abd violet the same time. I received sms's from Vodacom on the 5th, stating couriers picked up my order and knew it couldn't be the handsets I requested. I phobed Lungani and he checked and saw it was the wrong colours. He said he would stop the process of delivery and still have my upgrade on back order. Just now, RAM couriers delivered only one of the handsets, which is not one of the colours I requested :-( This is appauling, how do you mess up something this badly? Urgently arrange for your courier to pick up this delivery and sent me what I have actually agreed to. I AM NOT A HAPPY CUSTOMER!
I am SO BEYOND FRUSTRATED!! I ordered and paid for gumboots. Upon collecting my parcel from the BFN collection point, I felt the box was too light for gumboots. So I decided to open it there, only to find completely different items inside. The lady working there, Precilla helped me to do the return on my phone, which I did then and there. I did not take that box with me, I left it there and for some reason I had to explain that to different people 3-4 times now :-( This has proved to be incredibly frustrating. It also made me decide not to use them anymore or advise others not too. Rather use a proper customer based, person to person platform rather to go online, where you struggling endlessly when they ****** up. It has been a whole week and still no refund! It seemd there are a lot of confusion taking place surrounding this order. I demand my money back WITHOUT ANY FURTHER DELAY as well as compensation for my petrol YOU MADE ME WASTE for driving to pick up something that was sent incorrectly! I am appauled by this service!!!!!
