Defendoor CC appalling customer service

This company simply does not know the concept of customer service. Took a R20k deposit and for almost a month, there was no update regarding when installation of the security gates would commence. I had to institute legal action just to get a response for when installation will begin. The sales consultant provided no feedback in regard to the status of my order. The company’s customer service and attitude is simply appalling.
