Fridge disappointed
Good day,
I am writing regarding a fridge I purchased from your store around 2022.
The appliance developed a fault where it over-freezes at the top and leaks water at the back. A technician was sent out at the time, but unfortunately, the issue was not resolved.
After that, I made several attempts to follow up. I sent emails (for which I have proof) and made multiple calls, but I did not receive any response or assistance. Eventually, I had to give up due to the lack of communication from your side.
Recently, I reached out again via your Facebook page and finally received a response. However, I am now being told that the fridge is out of warranty and that I should have communicated earlier.
I would like to clearly state that I did try to communicate within the relevant time, but my attempts were not acknowledged or addressed. It is unfair for me to be penalized for a lack of response from your side, especially when the issue was reported while the product was still within a reasonable period after purchase.
I kindly request that this matter be reviewed, taking into account my previous communication attempts and the unresolved repair. I am asking for a fair resolution, whether that be a proper repair, replacement, or any other suitable assistance.
Please let me know how you intend to resolve this matter.
