Dissatisfied & poor ethics & services

I wish to express my deepest regrets & frustration regarding Delegato Consulting. I have never experienced such poor services from a company, lack of accountability as well as rude employees. My first dealing was with Iketleng, my experience of her work ethic as well as her character was disgustingly rude, lacked accountability & failed to provide feed whenever she said she will. I had to consistently follow her for what felt like more than 3 months, only to be met with her rude behaviour. I then escalated the matter to her manager, Clifford, I requested a refund & also expressed my distaste in his employees work ethic & behaviour towards me. In true management fashion, he defended his employee & I never received any form of compensation for the poor services that I received.

I would not recommend receiving services from this company, unless if you have some sort of personal relations with them, you will then receive better services than from what I experienced.
