Sharmaine Naidoo ITC
This person did not deliver on the services that she advertises. She falsely uses a reputable companies name to lure innocent victims of their hard earned money. She also chooses to lie, making false claims about how I conducted business with her. Be very careful of her!!

I paid Sharmaine to help me clear my credit profile, after having paid her my money I have not seen any changes with my credit profile. She has now ghosted me, no longer responds to my messages & /or calls. Please be very careful of this person, she is a **** artist but just like any other ********, she won't get away with it for long.

Bad customer service
I am not sure who runs this company but customer services is below dismal. I approached the "CEO" on LinkedIn (Rooi Mamburu) & I have not received any feedback regarding my application. The whatsapp line is never answered & the work telephone numbers is always off. I am starting to think that this company just exists for the sake of existing & possibly does not have an operating office at all.

Dismal customer services
This company has poor customer service. They constantly have "system issues" & if you are a first time applicant, you can ONLY apply online. They do not have an alternative method for first time applicants. There is no difference between them & the department of home affairs with their constant "system issue" tactic. The incompetence is extremely frustrating.

Refund payment
A consultant has requested for my refund since the finance department failed to close my account after having paid their fees in November. As far as I know, it doesn't take more than 24 hours for a refund to be cleared I to someone's account. I am now on day 3 waiting for my funds to reflect back into my account. This is quite infuriating as they were very quick to do an unauthorized debit from my account but now they are slow in paying back my money. This is absurd work ethic from the finance department.
