I had a load with Unifi, and they handed me over to GL attorneys, and I paid all the money they said I was owing, R11 600. Now I got messages from other debt collectors, they said I was handed over again by UNIFI to them. UNIFI never sent me a paid-up letter since January. I tried to call their office, and they promised to call me back by today. I really need this issue to be resolved because the other debt collectors are harassing me.

I have been with Unifi credit for almost 2 years now taking loans on a regular basis and have never skipped a single payment. Now when I app**** I sent all the relevant documents 3 times or more but they just could not bother to help me so will chose a different loan company from now on

I have been emailing them waiting for a response about the statement I've requested and the month they said I didn't pay but I did pay and I sent them proof of payment. However, they have not bothered to respond. Their customer service is disappointing.

App**** for loan and takes more than a week , am bend bound disable, They keep asking for new information I don't have.... Been calling their line and they cut me off... They have my bank statements and payslips but keep on asking for more.... Am very disappointed with the service and how they are making my life a living hell....Been requesting updates for them to call as well . Bad customer service....

To Ceo, a very unhappy loyal customer Hi Mr Ceo I have always been having loans with you and I have been paying them on time. It's only two months we're I fell in arrears. But I don't mind to sort it out. Nkow I am in desperate need of cash and in hospital, I am td that I can't be helped. I have two small loans that I owe R94 and the other R194. Yes I am aware about the others. But consider my track record with you. I have never ever even won excuse my loan. Now I need your urgent assistance but I get thrown out in the cold. I had 2 accounts with Unifi, the first account I had R2000 left to pay it off and the second one I had R8000 still to pay by unforeseen circumstances I had financial difficulties to pay then I ask my bank to pay it off. I requested settlement letters and they made a mistake with the amounts reflecting incorrect and my bank paid accordingly the settlement letters but later they come back to me to say the letters were issued incorrectly they insist I still owe them and they refuse to give me paid ip letters. I dispute to say is their mistake they must take responsibility and own up but the refuse to close my account.
