Good day I would like to report UNIFI.CREDIT I had a loan with them that was paid monthly...i was retrenched in September and they still continued to debit my account but the last installment i made a payment arrangement and they were supposed to adjust their debit order amount to R100 which they did not ,they then went into my account *******ly and debited my account with R526 this morning. This is ******* as they have a payment arrangement in place to pay R100.
I came with my family to Game Brooklyn to buy phones for my kiss,we checked the phones we wanted and therefore requested for 2 A11 which the price on display says R1120.00 .Now I'm preparing to make payments I'm told that the phones given to us are not the right phones and told the phone with the price put on Display is not for for phone we asked. We requested to speak to the manager Deborah who told us that she would dort this matter out.She is busy walking around now freely with no feedback what so ever. I am appalled by the service received at this Game .They are dragging their legs .We have also been waiting at this shop for more than an hour and we still don't have any assistance. The attitude we received at this store is very disgusting to my tummy. No feedback as yet and guess what we still at the store. I feel that they need to take accountability for their mistake and sort out this matter or I will take it even further if needs be
