Good day I've almost had a insurance contract with your company for nearly a year. I have a blue label connect cellphone contract which you are the insurer off. Upon the phone call leading to your company being the insurer of the mobile device you mentioned what you covered and what you do not cover.... And as far as I know you do cover repairable damage... So a broken charging unit and a cracked screen is repairable.... Yet now my phone has been taken to be fixed and now I'm being falsy quoted on a device I didn't even send in.... And also the quote states that the entire device needs replacing as there is unrepairable damage done to the phone.... Nonsense the phone is still working 100% it just couldn't charge anymore, please explain how that is unrepairable??? Please get your facts and details correct with blue label connect fix my phone and return it.... Or I will stop paying the insurance. Thank you kindly
I have had a phone contract with blue label connect almost for a year, upon getting the contract I was told that I need to get insurance (Techsured) otherwise I won't be able to get the phone.... I bumped the phone off the table while is was on charge hence the phone screen cracked and a piece of the charging unit broke loose, so seeing as I now have insurance I figured well they can fix it... Now I'm being quoted that the entire device needs replacement nonsense there's nothing wrong with the phone it just couldnt charge.... Also I'm being qouter for a model I don't even have.... I will not pay this qoute as this qoute is completely inaccurate and false and clearly the insurance company is also a ***** please get my phone fixed and returned thank you.
Good day I've gotten an account with Lewis Boksburg stores I got a smart t.v but the plug required by the contract has not need delivered with the the t.v and the first time they had to do delivery verifying etc everything went smooth and fast delivery was done on the same day I was so happy my account is paid up to date, I've requested another furniture item be added to my account and now there's barely any contact the interview call as they call it was made in the past two days and as I do not take a phone to work because my work space is very noisy my wife answered and arranged for a specific time for them to call so that verification etc can be done for two days they only phoned that once and even though they agreed to phone when I would be available they never did I even tried from my own side contacting the verification department as I'm now sitting without couches in my living room as I was promised that the couches I want would be delivered yesterday, and still have not received the plug required for me to use my t.v with as per the Lewis contract. I don't think this is good or professional if there is someone that could please assist I would appreciate very much.
Good day I am again coming to Hello.Peter please please please I am at my wits end Blue Label Connect receives their money hassle free every single month without having to contact me once asking for their money. Yet every single month I am waiting for my benefits I email multiple times but receive no feedback.... I am so tired every month I have to report on hello.peter and only then I receive my benefits.... Please please please what can I do about this ?????
Good day I have app**** with Southern Finance for a cash loan which i have been approved for I've already accepted the bedit order to be taken from my account but still have not received my loan .... On the web page they advertise that it might take 24hours for approval and that you will receive money the same day of approval... I've been approved and approved Debit order 48+hours ago they are advertising falsely as the email said that I would receive the money only within the next 24 hours Monday to Friday this is not what they advertise when you apply for the loan. I still have note received my loan money as this is already 48 +hours ago I would like to know why this is happening, thank you kindly.

This is the third month where Blue Label Connect has effortlessly received their payment for a phone I did not agree on. I was told that I would receive a Realmi Note 16 instead I was sent a Ulefone Not 12 it isn't compatible with almost any off the apps that I want to use... Every single month I need to contact them so that I can receive my benefits of 60 minutes and 1gb of data .... I nee advise on how to settle this situation and how I can get the actual phone that was agreed upon.... This phone is not worth R470+ month or my monthly fees need to be lessened. Kindly contact me urgently.
Good day I've app**** for a loan with this company they have send a debit order in the amount of R250 to secure that I am the account holder. I haven't received any feedback regarding this loan again from the company nothing at all ... They seem to be a ****ming company..
I have a contract with blue label connect for a while now my issue is that as our agreement I should receive 60minutes talk time and 1gb monthly data. The eft goes off every month with no problem what so ever. Last month I had to call and ask for my benefits I figured maybe the system wasnt yet completely updated and that they'd get it right this month. Yet they only gave me 30 minutes talk time and 1GB data.... It is the third of July today they have received payment on eft on the 27th of June already I've still not received any of my benefits... I'm not willing to pay R400+ for a phone contract that I have to phone every month to be able to receive benefits that I've already paid for. Please advise what the problem is regarding this. Good day I have expected a package to be delivered from Blue Label Connect from CCD couriers. The drive did do delivery on last week Tuesday but apparently the barcode on the parcel that scans the delivery onto the system didn't want to work and the driver said that he couldn't give the package to me at this time and that he will need to return the package back to the offices and will return the package to me in two days, it is now a week later. I've contacted Blue Label Connect and was told to contact the courier company. I've tried emailing CCD couriers but the emails keeps getting returned with an unsuccessful response. Please advise what is happening with the parcel and when will the barcode be fixed and parcel delivered. There are cameras in my workshop that clearly views the driver entering and exiting again with the parcel. I want to please know what is happening because I'm not going to pay for something I never received
