Useless Southern Finance
Absolute an useless and unprofessional finance company. 2 weeks since debit order was approved and till today still no payment made from them. No response. Not to be trusted at all.

Useless Southern Finance

Pathetic
What an awful unprofessional experience with this company !!!! Please be aware. The app showed pre approved awaiting bank statement. After sending this i never heard back. Its been 5 days and they dont ever respknd to emails. If u call them you get pushed back in the line and from being 1st in line you are back to 3rd and 4th. Awful !!!!

What an awful unprofessional experience with this company !!!! Please be aware. The app showed pre approved awaiting bank statement. After sending this i never heard back. Its been 5 days and they dont ever respknd to emails. If u call them you get pushed back in the line and from being 1st in line you are back to 3rd and 4th. Awful !!!!

Southern finance is running a ****. From friday they sent me a debit order mandate to accept, until today the money is not in my account. Their call centre the calls are not going through, they are also not responding to any emails. I will not be liable to pay for a loan that I never received.

Poor Service, very ***********
I sent you several emails to update my banking details and you said you can't do it.I requested for your banking details to do an eft because I am no longer using the Capitec account you have. I have sent 100 emails to *** but you just decided to ignore my email and put my account in arrears.When I call your call center no one ever picks up.You are the worst company I have ever had to deal with and you have very poor service. Putting my account in arrears when it's even my payday yet and when you have not even provided me with the settlement letter I requested to settle your account

Pathetic and useless loan company what a *******!!!
Pathetic and most useless company to deal with had a loan and paid up over a year now but they not updating my experian credit report everytime this account is disputed there as paid its removed and then reloaded by this credit provider as per experians knowledge I will now take legal and further action should this company not update my credit report and send a request to experian to have my account closed the instruction needs to come from them i am in position as well of the paid up letter issued by them
