This is the most pathetic and unreasonable company I have ever dealt with im canceling my life cover and vitality as well about three years ago I had a medical plan with discovery and I had given them my current banking details the same as I now use for my life cover and vitality with them for about a year now and I had no issues with that but the medical aid in 2023 they did not have the right debit details therefore they could not debit so all in all I accepted that it was an error on there side and have been with momentum medical scheme for over a year or two with no issues but since having products with discovery I wanted to move all in when only to find after giving my quote and I was ready to activate they said theres an amount owing to your old policy you need to make an arrangement and we can therefore activate this one so I proceeded to call to make arrangements only to find the whole team in collections are rude and arrogant especially Warren and Abdul who basically wasted an hour (of my call) to explain time and time again that the consultant who did my initial medical aid did not capture my new bank details which I had given rather then use what was on my profile the people working in this company is pathetic I will be canceling all plans with them today and stick with momentum
This is a pathetic company they first say you must pay 25 for the answer and then they take out R599 immediately after and furthermore I had cancelled my membership and requested for a refund the same day 22 November 2025 they have processed it and refunded on 22 November 2025 now on December 22 2025 they have taken again 599 without my consent as I canceled already on the 22 November 2025 so they not supposed to be debiting I then went to they site and cancelled again as I have proof when I first cancelled and they refusing refund saying I cancelled today I mean common sense if we at first cancelled on the 22 November 2025 it was supposed to end there why debit my account 22 December 2025 in the first place this company is a ***** company and will be taking them up
Pathetic and most useless company to deal with had a loan and paid up over a year now but they not updating my experian credit report everytime this account is disputed there as paid its removed and then reloaded by this credit provider as per experians knowledge I will now take legal and further action should this company not update my credit report and send a request to experian to have my account closed the instruction needs to come from them i am in position as well of the paid up letter issued by them
Most pathetic and useless company I ever dealt with i have paid up my account with them over a year now but on my current experian credit report dated today it still appears there with last been updated last year and in arrears instead of it been closed a paid up letter is even given to me by them but they are not updating it on experian I have disputed the account there but only after successful investigation it is removed but then reloaded by this company if they do not update my information accordingly I will now be opening a case as well as proceeding with legal action
Good day This by far is the most pathetic bank many years back when this bank first opened I was invited since I was part of fnb to join the new bank so I did a few weeks later I decided that it was not the right bank for me at the time so I requested that my account be closed after many years later I decided to view they offerings now and only to find my account has bank charges over the amounts of R30000 I have never seen a bank steep to this level after me requesting them many years ago to close instead charges occurred monthly those charges BANK CHARGES that were there along time ago had been prescribed but till now charges occur if my accounts are not rectified and closed I will be taking this further.

I recently took up an adsl line with telkom some where towards the ending of march i was told i will be charged pro rated and then i was told that i must upgrade to 10mbps per a second and i wont be charged the full amount as the month is almost over i call in the month of april only to ear i have a bill of 2300 due by the 4th of may which i will not pay as the call center has been opening all different accounts on my name and i am geting billed high i will inform all the credit bereaus about this matter as i am a good payer and due to this misconduct will not be bad i want my telephone line to be cancelled. Immediately. And i will report this matter as fraud to the saps
