Pathetic and useless ******* loan company
Most pathetic and useless company I ever dealt with i have paid up my account with them over a year now but on my current experian credit report dated today it still appears there with last been updated last year and in arrears instead of it been closed a paid up letter is even given to me by them but they are not updating it on experian I have disputed the account there but only after successful investigation it is removed but then reloaded by this company if they do not update my information accordingly I will now be opening a case as well as proceeding with legal action

Pathetic and useless ******* loan company

USELESS ******* SERVICE!
I AM SO FRUSTRATED WITH THIS COMPANY! I SETTLED MY DEBT WITH THEM ON 11 MARCH AND WAS TOLD I WILL GET A SETTLEMENT LETTER FROM THE ATTORNEYS FINWICK BOSHOFF BY MONTH END - MONTH END WAS YESTERDAY!! NOW ALL OF A SUDDEN I AM BEING TOLD THAT I WILL GET IT BY TE 8TH OF APRIL I JUST CALLED THE ATTORNEYS AND SPOKE TO VERONICA WHO CONFIRMED THE ACCOUNT IS PAID UP AND THE MONEY WAS PAID OVER TO THEM BUT HERE I AM STILL WAITING FOR MY SETTLEMENT LETTER!! THIS IS PATHETIC - YOU ARE THE ONLY USELESS COMPANY THAT DID NOT UPDATE MY ITC PROFILE AFTER SETTLEMENT AND IT IS STANDING IN MY WAY OF EMIGRATION PROCESS AND CAUSING ME LOSS OF INCOME!! I WANT MY LETTER TODAY!!

Failed Administration
Good day, Please note that my account with this financial institution was handed over to GVDM Attorney for collection. As per the normal process, I have made an agreement to pay off this account and have been awarded a 15% discount. I, therefore, requested and paid-up letter, and GVDM promised to request it from their clients. For some strange reasons, their policy or processes issues a paid-up letter in 30 days although the majority of creditors issue theirs in a few with 24hrs after receiving proof of payment. My payment to them which was set for immediate payment was done on 18 July 2023 till today I have not yet received my paid-up letter. It is to be noted, they updated my credit record on 1st Aug 2023 for July month although they acknowledged receiving my paid-up letter from GVDM negatively as nonpayer or miss-payment. I write this to warn others not to take a loan with Southern Cross Finance as they will ensure you will not be legible to buy a house for your kids, cause now SAHL is waiting for the paid-up letter to approve my home, but they can't proceed due to these people.
