****med!!!! You will never get your orders. This is why no comments are on Instagram or Facebook. Chris-mari and Jacques du Preez live in Ballito and many woman have fallen prey to their **** business. Unless you want a fight on your hands and to get the cops to escort you to 1 st Clair str Ballito, dont order from these people.

Money Deducted
I've asked in Dec 2025 for help they then deduct R520 I was never told that this is a monthly fee today try to contact them see there is R520 deducted in January February and March then they sent me a mail to say its subscription canceled then I saw I on my bank there is another 2 payments after receiving the mail one for R850 and one for R65 try to get it resolved but get no where they are *****s

Money Deducted

STAY AWAY FROM JUST ANSWER
We asked a question at the price for R65. Sounds reasonable. We let it go off. Asked our question. Waited forever for a response then all the responses fludded in. None I could understand. Did not reply after that & ended up with an additional almost R1000 account... DO NOT USE THEM! I was not notified that another almost R1000 will be charged.

STAY AWAY FROM JUST ANSWER
We asked a question at the price for R65. Sounds reasonable. We let it go off. Asked our question. Waited forever for a response then all the responses fludded in. None I could understand. Did not reply after that & ended up with an additional almost R1000 account... DO NOT USE THEM! I was not notified that another almost R1000 will be charged.

JustAnswer is a subscription service based in California. I did not subscribe to this service but have been charged R915. I cannot lodge a complaint or get any answers (ironic when the name suggests I would get answers). My bank (Capitec) cannot get this money back. The only way I can contact them is by signing in, but I can't because I NEVER had an account. If I sign up, they will probably charge me again

Be aware of this company.. if you ask a question for R65... you actually pay a hidden member ship fee of R650 in addition to the R65.... Never again. They have been sued before... Do not use that website.

Be careful when you use Just Answer
Hello Peter A friendly warning regarding Just Answer I approached Just Answer in September 2025 for an opinion regarding the employment of a Zimbabwean national to which I received a satisfactory reply. There was a fee to be paid for which I provided my credit card info. My impression was that the fee was for the one occasion and that after the reply my interaction with Just Answer would be ended, until I may need them again in future. What I did not understand was that by providing my personal details, Just Answer regarded it as registration for membership for which I had to pay R800-52 on a monthly basis. Despite the fact that I had no further interaction with Just Answer and they provided no further advice, the amount was deducted from my credit card. When I in January 2026 discovered that the deductions continued, I asked them to stop it and to refund me based on the fact that they have not further served me in any way. They refused but “out of courtesy” (their words) refunded only R781. This is an urgent call should you contemplate making use of the services of Just Answer: be alert. If you get into their net, they will not let you go. I do not know when my so-called membership would have expired, but I found myself a victim. Despite numerous attempts to explain the situation and get my money back, they refused. So be careful, I lost money from my limited pension income.

This is a *****ulent company. Avoid at all costs. They obtained my card details and charged me R599 without my consent. They will not refund me. I have had contact with them and they do not seem phased that they are *****ing people's money. If ever you had contact with them, block your card. These are ******* at work.
