I needed advice about a problem with my printer. I tried Just Answer. One has to fill in a form to get a consultant. I filled in the form, stating you pay R65 fully refundable. When I entered my credit card details immediately R850 was taken from my account. When I questioned that, I was told I can only be helped by paying membership fee of R850 and no money is refunded. What a ****. AND I did not get any helpful advice. I was only told to do what I had already done myself before contacting Just Answer.
Telkom requires 30 days notice to cancel a service. I cancelled my landline. Now Telkom informs me I have to continue paying until they have processed the cancellation. Robbery of the worst kind. They completely ignore the cancellation date, and continue to Bill you. The worst company to deal with.
