I was completely misled and ****med by this company. I was trying to resolve a problem with my Netflix account and believed I was on the official Netflix support site, but somehow landed on the JustAnswer website instead. After explaining my issue, I was told I needed to pay a refundable R65 fee to speak to an expert. I agreed to this. However, the moment I entered my credit card details, R850 was deducted from my account and I received a “welcome” email confirming a monthly subscription I never knowingly signed up for. Since then, I have repeatedly tried to contact JustAnswer for a refund, but it is virtually impossible to speak to a real person. You are forced to deal with a bot, and whenever you mention wanting a refund, the chat conveniently ends or redirects you to pay yet another R65 fee before continuing. I refuse to be charged again just to dispute an unauthorised subscription. This entire experience has been deceptive, frustrating, and extremely *********.
