These people keeps deducting R850 from my account. There is no way of signing into a profile. So I cannot stop this besides stopping my card constantly
I am now being harrasted by African Bank and their Friends NRB Risk Solutions. I paid up this Credit card of their sometime ago and I was promised it would be closed after the payment. Now every month fees goes of and I just keep on paying and asking to close the account. Emails to African Bank and Jabu at NRB Risk, with no avail. I have now decided to report both these entities to every possible regulatory body I can find and the Credit Burea for their conduct. If this account is not closed by close of business Monday I will proceed.
Not Sure if FNB understand time costs money. I did a Foreign Outward payment of $55 000 and I received a email that also shows the Value date which was the 30th. I have forwarded this to my Agent oversees and advised that I would send them the Pop once I received this. So yesterday came and gone. Today the 31st I received email and they needed changes to be made to the invoice and asked additional questions. I emailed this back immediately and advised why only ask the question a day after value date. I understand the reason for the questions. After each response it takes hours for feedback. The last consultant after I send the amended Invoice now tells me there is no changes. But this was added clearly to the bottom of the invoice. So she never looked properly. Guess what now I tried to get hold of them, they closed earlier. Who is going to pay for these losses, I am trying to run a business here. Now my customer is asking how far we are????????????????????????????????
We have opened a Business Account with FNB, Online, which was referred to FNB from CIPC. We completed all mandates and provided everything that was requested. We are 2 Directors of which one is a Foreign. We provided all copies of passports etc. They now want a Permit, this person was never in South Africa and therefor has no permit. I phoned and they phoned and explained. They always said that is fine and still I am getting emails requesting this permit. Now I got a sms stating that my account activation has been placed on hold. What now they do not respond to my emails??????????
