What an awful unprofessional experience with this company !!!! Please be aware. The app showed pre approved awaiting bank statement. After sending this i never heard back. Its been 5 days and they dont ever respknd to emails. If u call them you get pushed back in the line and from being 1st in line you are back to 3rd and 4th. Awful !!!!
Sterrs should not have a customer care line as they do not care about customers 😡😡😡 I raised a complaint 2 weeks ago about the poor meal I got from King Shaka internationall branch. To date I have not heard back. I call and all.i get is false promises of a call back. My emails go ignored .
