I'm very disappointed in Momentum Corporate that is administrating Telkom's retirement fund, since my mom passed on in April 2025 I have submitted a death claim benefit to be paid out, ever since I was following up via e-mail and the reply is always the same for the past nine months, the board must still sit and there is no feedback from the board, that is quite right they just sit and do nothing to follow up a claim? Pathetic service for such a wealthy company?
PATHETIC SERVICE This company have the worst service I came across, They never answer their e-mails or phone calls, I have registered on their website uploaded my bank statements and got stuck, can't log in again, absolutely no support, will never recommend them to anyone!
