Southern finance is running a ****. From friday they sent me a debit order mandate to accept, until today the money is not in my account. Their call centre the calls are not going through, they are also not responding to any emails. I will not be liable to pay for a loan that I never received.

I have been a client of Capitec for over 8 years now. They refuse to block a company that has been *****ulently debiting my account for over 7 months. I called Capitec and they said there’s nothing I can do, mind you my salary is paid into this account. Which means Capitec allows *****ulent transactions in our accounts
Imile logistics is a ****. They didn’t deliver my parcel that i paid for with my hard earned money. I can’t even track the parcel because it has been saying out for delivery for the whole week however I haven’t received my parcel
I bought my cellphone at PEP Pardy road in Isipingo. Of which it seems like it has a factory fault. It was then taken to Bradian Logistics solutions to have it fixed. Booking.com doesn’t want to refund my money for a cancelled booking that had free cancellation. The money was debited instantly from my account when I made the booking, however now that it’s time for me to get a refund they are shoving me from pillar to post.
I subscribed to the new Showmax, paid for the service but I can’t seem to access any content. When I send an enquiry to Showmax they don’t respond and there are many other people who are experiencing the same issue. All I want is my money back because I will not be paying for a service that I can’t use
I ordered a product on takealot on the 6th December 2023…I was then sent communication that I will receive my order on the 27th December. I found this odd because it’s normally 7days turnaround time. I then sent an email asking why I would receive my order soo late. They then quickly changed the delivery date to the 22nd December 2023. When the order arrived one item was damaged in the box, I took a picture and laid a complaint with takealot and requested a full refund. Since then I have been given the runaround regarding my refund.
My mother hired cars from Woodford but never picked them up. Dates 22 & 23 September 2023, it’s been 11 days and they don’t want to refund her the money. They are now saying one vehicle was picked up and used for 4days which is a complete lie.
We last had connection on the 24th July 2023. Everyday when we complain about this issue, you say it’s an outage in the area but everyone else except us has had no issues with connection Kindly send someone to come and assess the damage Also please be considerate because it’s been exactly 2weeks. There’s no connection For the fact that we have been sending you messages everyday since the 24th July 2023 but nobody from Metro fibre takes us seriously Instead we get automated responses I called your call centre everyday last week and have been passed from pillar to post…nobody was able to assist me But when it’s time to pay, you people are quick to send invoices Does it really make sense that we’ve been complaining about the same issue for 2weeks but nobody at Metrofibre seems to care Instead we are fed lies that there’s an outage in the area. In outage where because other households that use the same service have connection but we don’t If we don’t have connection by 9am or a technician doesn’t come. You must kindly come take your wifi box, refund us the money and cancel the service. This has been going on for far too long Kindly note that we still don’t have connection and nobody from metro fibre has bothered to call us
