Unprofessional customer services
I am very disappointed with Qwiekfin’s conduct. Despite repeated requests, they have refused to assist me in cancelling a debit order for a so‑called “service fee.” This debit is disguised as a mandate check for funds that could potentially be lent, yet no actual service has been provided. The customer service I received was dismissive and unhelpful, leaving me frustrated and without resolution. Customers deserve transparency, respect, and fair treatment, but my experience with Qwiekfin has been the opposite.

Zero Stars for Qwiekfin – Rude Staff and Misleading Practices
I would give Qwiekfin zero stars if I could. The customer service is extremely rude and dismissive — my interaction with Vanessa was particularly unprofessional. Despite repeated requests, Qwiekfin has refused to assist me in cancelling a debit order for a so‑called “service fee.” They disguise this debit as a mandate check for funds that could potentially be lent, yet no actual service has been provided. Loan ****! Qwiekfin Loans
Hello everyone, Please be careful of this **** of a company. They lure you to accept a Debi check mandate when you apply for a loan and once accepted, they refuse to cancel it and they label it as a registration fee!!! How is this a registration fee when the first red flag 🚩 when applying for a loan should not be asked to pay a fee upfront? I urge everyone to refrain from using them as they will debit money from your account without you having an actual loan to repay. I wish those white women death more than anything!

My son app**** for a loan. The did a debit check on the bank and at the end if the month they took R250 despite the fact the the loan was not approved ... This month without the loan being approved they again took R98.00 They are *****ing money for services they have not done.

I've been ****med!
This company is a ****, I app**** for a loan and was never told of the outcome or result of the application nor received any funds yet my bank account was debited today. I contacted the company for explanation but the agent, a white woman, was extremely rude and told me there's nothing I can do, even the bank, absolutely. "That's what happens when your black and stupid, read your terms and conditions" her exact words. Right now I'm heading to the consumer ombudsman to get it clear if it was right of them to debit my account, if not, I'll be laying ******** charges against this bogus company!!! My advice, never do business with Qwiekfin!!!
