They stole my money and now suggest that they had informed me of a registration to a company that sources loan for me. However no email confirmation from them suggested this. please see emails attached they are ****mers of note and NuPay willingly works with them. First email on the 20th of May the application day: Qwiekfin Loans <***> Wed, May 20, 5:11 AM (6 days ago) to me Dear Kamva, We have received your details from the Qwiekfin Loans website. You will receive a notification DIRECTLY from your bank requesting you to accept the Debi-Check in order for us to proceed with the loan application, verify your personal and banking details, and speed up the process. The Debi check amount is not payable upfront (No transaction will go of your account today) the deduction will be month-end after the application has been processed and you will receive feedback of the outcome within 72 hours. Necessary documents will be requested for loan payout after the loan has been approved. If you have any queries contact us *** Your Reference ID: 332572 Regards, The Qwiekfin Team Up to R2 000 000 Instantly > Get Started Now Second email on the 22nd of May: Hi Kamva, The application process for a loan at Qwiekfin Loans works as follows. What a ******* and misleading excuse for a business
This is a total ****, continuously debiting my account after getting me to approve the madante under false pretenses. I have sent numerous emails to cancel yet the debit order continues.

This organisation is a gaggle of ****mers parading as credit brokers. On top of the money they're essentially *****ing from people while providing no real service, I've never had the displeasure of corresponding with support agents as condescending, rude and belligerent as these ones. They have ZERO customer service skills and thats why they won't ever get the chance to work anywhere better

Good day. Your query was forwarded to my office for response. My company, The Loan Shop, assist Qwiekfin Loans with feedback to clients, should we receive such a request for assistance. Firstly, please make sure of your messages as it has been confusing and not properly stated. However, you must refrain from your defamatory statements as it will have serious consequences for you. All debits will go off as been approved by you when you have completed the online application. Qwiekfin also provided you with the extract from their website, showing you the fees payable to enabled you to have continued with the application process. The marketing strategy is far from *****…the problem is that you have never read the Terms and Conditions which you have AGREED to which explains the fees clearly! So, leave your ******* comments! You received ALL the necessary information/mails/sms’e regarding the fees payable BEFORE you have received the Debi Check from your bank. You then accepted the Debi Check…you had the choice to have declined it. Regards,

Unprofessional customer services
I am very disappointed with Qwiekfin’s conduct. Despite repeated requests, they have refused to assist me in cancelling a debit order for a so‑called “service fee.” This debit is disguised as a mandate check for funds that could potentially be lent, yet no actual service has been provided. The customer service I received was dismissive and unhelpful, leaving me frustrated and without resolution. Customers deserve transparency, respect, and fair treatment, but my experience with Qwiekfin has been the opposite.

Despite repeated requests, they have refused to assist me in cancelling a debit order for a so‑called “service fee.” This debit is disguised as a mandate check for funds that could potentially be lent, yet no actual service has been provided. The customer service I received was dismissive and unhelpful, leaving me frustrated and without resolution.
