Unprofessional customer services
I am very disappointed with Qwiekfin’s conduct. Despite repeated requests, they have refused to assist me in cancelling a debit order for a so‑called “service fee.” This debit is disguised as a mandate check for funds that could potentially be lent, yet no actual service has been provided. The customer service I received was dismissive and unhelpful, leaving me frustrated and without resolution. Customers deserve transparency, respect, and fair treatment, but my experience with Qwiekfin has been the opposite.

Zero Stars for Qwiekfin – Rude Staff and Misleading Practices
I would give Qwiekfin zero stars if I could. The customer service is extremely rude and dismissive — my interaction with Vanessa was particularly unprofessional. Despite repeated requests, Qwiekfin has refused to assist me in cancelling a debit order for a so‑called “service fee.” They disguise this debit as a mandate check for funds that could potentially be lent, yet no actual service has been provided. This practice is misleading and exploitative.
