What a ******* and misleading excuse for a business

This is a total ****, continuously debiting my account after getting me to approve the madante under false pretenses. I have sent numerous emails to cancel yet the debit order continues.

Shocking service...

Mweb is one of the worse internet providers. I have been experiencing difficulties since I became a client. My journey started with battling to get my new line activated. A rude agent telling me to call Frogfoot myself if I can't wait. Then it carried on to incorrect billing, being charged after being informed that I was not going to be charged the activation fee. Then I experienced connection problems as the incorrect router was provided. I have now been on the line holding and waiting to get through to an agent for just over 4 hours The website chat has kept me waiting just as long as the calls. Each time after waiting and holding for 45 mins I get connected only for the line to drop. The agent doesn't even bother calling me back. When I call back, I'm right at the back of the queue having to wait 45 + mins again. On the website chat, I haq1ve to actively stay on the page or I need to start all over and the waiting starts again. I am at my wits end because I am getting no joy in getting my query resolved.

Hollywoodbets is a total *******...

I enjoy online gambling and I know that you win some and you loose some but geez, since August last year I have only just lost.... This is almost 10k over this period and if I won R200 since then, I should consider myself lucky. They seriously need to reset their machines online. The other problem is that when you spin too quickly your winnigs for that round does not get allocated... I'm convinced now that they are just there to rip one off. I kept playing going back onto the site az the bets are low and the games are totally awesome. I'm completely saddened by my experience. I know the house never looses but geez, the customer can't be loosing all the time for almost a year now... So not cool, so not treating the customer fairly. When you low on rands they still have the nerve not to allocate the winning funds for a specific round. I think livered by my experience and would rather move over to WSB who offers the same and well as YesPlay.
