Their website clearly states that they are a loan company not a subsidiary however when I raise my dispute of an upfront deduction with no loan agreement this is what they told me: Qwiekfin Loans 9:37 AM (20 minutes ago) to me Dear Valued Customer, Stating we are “*****ulent *******” is a false accusation. If you had read the terms and conditions in the first place before you signed and agreed to them, you would have notice that we are not a credit provider. We are a online directory service we source loans for individuals and we ask a fee. So why did you not read what you agree to before agreeing and accepting the debi check. You cannot just go onto the internet and agree to thing without reading what it is. Now you are making false accusation for you own fault in not reading what you app**** for and through what. Our process takes 72 hours after the debi check is accepted. We also sent you a detailed email outlining the process. They stole my money and now suggest that they had informed me of a registration to a company that sources loan for me. However no email confirmation from them suggested this. please see emails attached they are ****mers of note and NuPay willingly works with them. This company has ****** my money by working with a *****ulent loan company. I reached out to NuPay and they have not assisted me and they just asked for the information of the debit and not gotten back to me or disputed my money because they are aware that the company they are providing a service to has not given me any money how then do they take my money. I hope big companies looking to do business with this De*****eck and payments company see this.
I was previously employed by clicks and left the business in 2021, I have been facing issues with submitting my tax returns for the 2021-2022 tax season which has caused me to incur penalties. I reached out to the company more than once no one has bothered to get back to me. This has been a frustrating process as SARS advised me only clicks would be able to resolve the matter as they declared a lumpsum on my behalf which makes no sense. What a painful experience.
I have been so patient with their putrid services, I contact 3 times and all three agents were terrible first 1 ended the chat before it began second one was barely there and the one today could not answer a simple question. Their job is to help us however it feels like they are doing us a favor instead that's sickening customer service.
Terrible headache of a customer service experience, I do not have lunch and I order a meal from Ubereats first red flag was delivery issues when I went to collect my order the driver was not there in fact the discription of the car is not was he was delivering with, I had to leave a meeting twice and even asked a Co worker to run down no driver I got him on the 3rd attempt when I had to leave with my food he tells me I need to pay cash because I did not pay, I had payed with my work card so I have evidence of a payment made this is infuriating as now I do not have lunch and no one at Ubereats is responding to my messages. The driver is not even answering his phone.
Computicket has been letting people book apm busses knowing very well how many people have been complaining regarding their services, refund peoples monies or meet us on Twitter and on the EFF headlines, you cannot keep selling tickets for apm busses for people to sleep at bus terminals in winter. People are tired of paying for ****ing ****py services.
I have been applying for a flat for the past weeks I keep getting the same problem never a definitive response or a reason or even being told what I could do better I have about 5 applications the agent has sent to my phone every time I ask a question she just refers me to them and never answers, honestly very frustrating as me, my son a d sister were looking to move in end of this month.
We ordered food at a McDonald's restaurant in the cbd, the Mr D driver had not bought our food we had already paid online R250 when we try and call him he gives excuses as to why he can't come to our address and why he got lost this is unacceptable service from Mr Delivery and disappointing.
