They are a lot of ******* they send through a debicheck and the next day I asked them to cancel it and they send me a snotty email about why did I except the debicheck if I want to cancel. When I asked my bank to return the money qwiekfin refused and they apparently will deduct again because I did not fill in a cancelation letter not every one has access to printers. I want my money to be returned.

Their website clearly states that they are a loan company not a subsidiary however when I raise my dispute of an upfront deduction with no loan agreement this is what they told me: Qwiekfin Loans 9:37 AM (20 minutes ago) to me Dear Valued Customer, Stating we are “*****ulent *******” is a false accusation. If you had read the terms and conditions in the first place before you signed and agreed to them, you would have notice that we are not a credit provider. We are a online directory service we source loans for individuals and we ask a fee. So why did you not read what you agree to before agreeing and accepting the debi check. You cannot just go onto the internet and agree to thing without reading what it is. Now you are making false accusation for you own fault in not reading what you app**** for and through what. Our process takes 72 hours after the debi check is accepted. We also sent you a detailed email outlining the process. If our credit providers have not contacted you within this timeframe, it is essential that you reach out to us so we can follow up on your application. Please note that we rely on you to initiate this follow-up, as we are not automatically notified if our credit providers contact you. Once you contact us, we will be happy to request feedback on your application and provide updates on its status. Please carefully review the following information regarding our cancellation process and Debi-Check details. Debi-Check Details: A registration fee of R294 will be deducted from your account. (In 3 monthly equal payments of R98) This fee is payable regardless of whether your loan application is approved, declined, or not accepted. Please note that this R294 fee is non-refundable and covers the cost of processing your loan application. As per our website T’s & C’s. I offer permission to Qwiekfin Loans to debit my account with a Registration Fee of R 294.00(payable over 3 months R98pm) to cover the cost of sourcing a loan for me and R98pm subscription fee thereafter to gain access to all other free benefits supp**** by the Credfin group. This Fee is payable whether the loan is Approved, Declined or not accepted by you. Please note we do not charge any upfront fees. Only at the end of the month and after processing your loan application. You will receive a reminder email within 24 hours to confirm this via Debi-Check which will also confirm your personal details in order for us to proceed with the Application process. By submitting the online application, I agree to all Terms and conditions as set on this website THIS IS A NON-REFUNDALBE FEE Cancellation Process: To cancel your subscription with Qwiekfin Loans, you are required to provide one (1) calendar month's written notice – In a cancellation letter provided by Qwiekfin Loans. Qwiekfin is a big ****. Preying on the vulnerable
I app**** online for a loan and came across qwiekfin. I received 2 debichecks and 1 was from them. I accidently accepted their debicheck and informed them immediately. I was told ithat R250 was for admin and another amount was for membership I asked them to cancel but they told me I can only cancel the membership. I told Chris that I'm taking it to helopeter if they continue and he threatened me with legal steps if I do. They still deducting from my bank account.

They are now deducting every month on my account, how can I get an assistance because I don't have any loan with them...I just called to get clarity then the lady told me that it's none of her business...please help
