Good day, I made a payment towards my loan on the 13th of April 2026 and I sent my proof of payment to support@primeloans.co.za on the same day and followed it up with emails one to Lindy and another one to accounts so that my debit order for the 15th could be cancelled. On the 14th I then followed it up again with a phone call and spoke to Theo who then said I should send him an email with proof of payment and I did exactly that, to my surprise on the 15th the debit order went off that was also after I had sent the email at night raising concerns that with the debit order not cancelled I run a risk of a financial loss as I have other things I needed to prioritised and yet again there was no response. Needless to say the debit order went off on the 15th and I followed up with another email to support@primeloans.co.za and not even the decency of the acknowledgment and I am over R6k in minis and the sad reality is that they harass clients even if they are a day late but this is how they do it when they have to do right by their loyal customers. There’s absolutely no reason to be ignored and it is a habit of Primeloans to blue tick clients and I will also be submitting my grievance with hello Peter maybe someone else in the higher ranks may assist in getting my money back. I have still been blue ticked, they are not even bothered to even acknowledge my email. I might as well add I’m a good paying client yet I’m in this situation without so much the explanation.
Good day Unifi family, a few days I had written about my dissatisfaction and unhappiness over the way Unifi had handled me, I am yet again to update that the matter was resolved in less than an hour with a positive outcome. I would like to thank Beanca who assisted me from start to finish to even payment it took no more than 30 minutes as in from application as we speak my money is in my account already. I am humbled. I would love to add that maybe Unifi should start considering using one person from start to finish to avoid repetition and resending of documents and things and talking to different people and not getting a resolve. Beanca handled everything and it was happy moments. I will therefore in good faith remove my post of frustration because the matter was resolved without hesitation. I am greatful to Unifi
Thank you Atlas Finance for always coming through in difficult situations. Especially to Gladys in Pretoria Paul Kruger branch, there can be nobody like her. I started with Atlas when we were still applying with over 37pages that’s long time. I have one critical though, I have never been offered any loan higher than 8000 even though there’s up to R12k that’s disappointing considering that over 15 years I may have missed one payment and I made pre arrangement for that, they’ll rather give two loans instead of one for R12k sometimes one just wants to pay small debts and reduce but little loans don’t do much. Overall I’m over the moon I just wish you would reconsider giving more to your loyal clientele
Disappointed and disgusted with Unifi service App**** for a loan with Unifi I think from 24th of March and they came back with a 4000 loan offer and I did not take it reason being I felt if I app**** for more I was going to be able to payoff all the small debts that I have they repayment options are affordable and I get to settle at least 4 creditors on their R15000 loan. Then they declined, on the basis that I was R100+ over with the debt now here’s a kicker: I’ve written to them several times explaining the same thing that their calculation is wrong with proof reason being 3 of those debts are on persal (yet they calculated it as though it’s what I pay for after deductions all the persal deductions they amount to R7012 with one finishing on the 15th of April) They then decided just for control they’ll add the debt that o have already paid off and forwarded the proof of payment to them which already amounts to R3600+ and it is still marked there as a debt owing despite me having sent the proof. They’ve cancelled so many debit order mandates, went on to my banking app several times collecting information, and went on my ITC report yet they still come back with wrong info and proof has been sent to them to the contrary. I just want to know how exactly do they do that with all the information given to them. I so very frustrated as they keep calling and dropping calls and when you send an email they don’t address the frustrations I have they write their own thing which doesn’t help me in any way shape or form. There’s a level of unprofessionalism.

I would definitely recommend Reset Solutions, you just need to have patience with them as a process takes much longer for those who are anxious from creditors calls. For the first time I don’t know in how long I’m not having stress on calls neither am I worried about debit orders going off my bank account and I’m just so happy. Chericce calmed me down so beautifully while calling my creditors, I wouldn’t have gone through the stage and I would not be greatful if I didn’t thank Mouncky Mannya who processed things so fast within minutes of the formalities the money was paid into my account and creditors settled. I will forever look back and be greatful a step into financial freedom. I’d be a stupid fool ******** back there again. Thank you Reset Family for changing lives
Firstly it it thanks to Reset Technology Solutions for making debt consolidation to be easy and accessible. However the process takes long, and very little communication which then leads to people to lie about how it works because it can take up to 4 weeks of anxiety. Whiles I had great service from Ivenn she would respond and swiftly too, my gratitude goes to Cherrice I think it’s settlements wage was simple the best, stayed on the phone with me while trying to get on if the creditors and assured me it was going to be okay I must calm my nerves, and said I should send my settlements to her in no time the process moved when I asked my other consultants how long it will take she just said it will take about 5-7 working days and today was actually 5th day and I got an offer and I’m leaving behind the life of being debt ridden. I’m greatful to Reset for changing my life, I cried so much because I didn’t expect it to be positive after so many declines. I am over the moon for the first time I’m truly going to say I will have a great Christmas.
Good evening, I know I have over and over been told I do not qualify for a loan, but I’m here pleading, I have been building at home, couldn’t get building loan had to do it cash because my dad is on stage 4 cancer and I had to make adjustments for him to be comfortable at home that took a strain on me, few months back we lost 4 family members and the people responsible for them couldn’t afford to bury them, then there’s an issue of my dad with a cancer diagnosis where it has left me almost bankrupt, I am fighting to keep him alive, I have to pay R5000 each week I take him to Steve Biko, it’s stage four and my fear is even if he pass at this point I will not even be able to, I’m pleasing to be assisted to pay off these loans I have a permanent job and I’m willing to have the money deducted in my payroll, u have a lot of payday loans which I have honoured each month which those debts cleared I’m able to afford the loan repayment plus the weekly R5000 for chemo for my dad, I don’t want the guilt of not having tried to save him as I don’t always have the 5000 and it requires that of him, I’m on my needs to whoever has to approve, I have a permanent job that I’ve held for the past 18 years and I can sign my persal deduction to allow me to have the money for his treatment at least. Can the powers that be please grant me that to say I tried, I could never live with myself for failing him. I’m trying there’s a lot at the moment but my priority is for me to be able to pay his weekly chemo. Please assist me with the loan in settling out what needs to be paid so I can afford his weekly chemo.
I have been with FNB for a while, my salary comes through them, yet I’ve asked them for loan consolidation as I’ve had my father sick from cancer and needed a lot for him medical attention which is quite costly, each time they refuse, mind you they will be the first ones to get their money due to my salary getting paid to them but they are not budging. I have no energy anymore never mind that I get charged huge sums of money in service fee and if I must not have money I’m sure to pay over R500 as soon as I have money in the account. FNB what does it take to help your clients to get out of a financial tangle or it’s only for those with money? I’m even paying over 15k monthly is loans (payday loans) which means I can afford to pay them back because I need to have access to finance because of chemo for my day which isn’t cheap.
I have lost count on how many times I have attempted to apply for a loan a Capfin I don’t get approve, the funny part all the people I refer they get the loan, I have to pay R5000 weekly for my dad’s medical treatment each time he goes to Steve bill and I’m employed have been past 18 years same company I think at this point they’ll come to offer me a funeral policy to bury him because I don’t know what it will take to get help, I’m falling apart worried I can’t pay and all these smallanyana debts that I should be settling and I have even offered that it gets taken from payroll but they won’t budge. Disappointing
