Delfino buy one get one free not as said

We are sitting with out electricity. Ordered pizza from Delfino from Uber eats. There was a buy one get one free. On delivery we were told it is for new customers only so we only received one of each of the two pizzas we ordered. No where on the website did it specify that it is for new customers only (which I am) I have never ordered from them before and as said it did not say anywhere for new customers only. We are now sitting with two kids still hungry as we did not receive enough food as anticipated.
