I have a problem with Delta Airways and Capitec bank as I booked a ticket on the 12th of August but the transaction was unsuccessful on Delta side but it's pending on the Capitec side which has been 9 days today, I have been in contact with both companies numerous times but Capitec says they need a letter from Delta stating that they never received the payment but Delta says they cannot assist with the letter and Capitec says that they can't reverse the payment without the letter from Delta which is very shattering for me as I need the ticket as proof to my employer that I will be returning to work and I am currently running out of time.
