May 19, 2024: at Don Quixote - this might have just been the best pizza I have had in my life. Blue cheese & pear - it was amazing. The dough they use, have no idea what it is, but it is son fresh, crispy & light - left me wanting more. Thank goodness for craft beer from Agar brewery - highly recommend the American Pale Ale.
