Delta coaches has a horrible service

We booked the bus, we were supposed to leave @16:20 but the bus never arrived, @17:30 I received a msg saying the bus had a breakdown. Past9 when i tried contacting the office we were told that a taxi was allocated to fetch people but it never arrived at our pick up point but it arrived at another pick up point and left us stranded. They gave us a number to contact and the lady was so rude she even blocked us on the phone without a solution. We had to spend the night outside the shop at windmill cos we had no where to sleep. Delta coaches should be canceled its always late and its survive is horrible
