Poor, ****mer service

I got ****med yesterday at Pretoria Bosman Station. There was a guy that is walking around lieng to people that they are shorting with 1 person to get full, I was there as 16:40 and he said the bus will come at 17:00 forcing to go pay for it. Promised that their buses got toilet, charging area etc.

All was lies, the bus only arrived at 20:45 the bus was not the one that he was talking about, the bus was broken, not fully serviced, charging area was not working, no toilet, the bus was dirty. Those guys was rude and don't care about anyone. I need my refund as I did not take that bus I had to go book for a place to sleep for that night.
