Poor car rental and leasing by Delta Leasing
I am writing about a bad service that I received from Delta leasing and L Whittaker. They seem to have a scheme of renting damaged vehicles and putting these vehicles out for lease.
I have more than R17,000 that I am reclaiming from them

You leased a vehicle, had a accident with the vehicle, never reported it our company, continued using the vehicle in its state, eventually returned the vehicle refusing to pay for the repairs. We have handed the matter over to our legal dept.

You leased a vehicle to me that was already involved in an accident and it seems it is your scheme to lease used and accident vehicles.When the vehicle was leased it was already damaged and the claims that the car's fault was caused by any accident is false and misleading. Your car was damaged from the day you leased it.
I will meet you in court. I have the court letters sent to your office and meet you in Wynberg Magistrate court.Your services leave very little to be desired. I am suing for the full refund and interest of my deposit paid.
