Hi there This is Ransom here. I have just experienced the most disgusted customer service from a lady called Debbie Strydom at the Odyssee Guest apartment. This lady initially cancelled my booking without informing me even before I arrived at the facility. She is rude to customers and does not care what the implications of her actions are. When I arrived, I was informed I could pay a deposit and a 2 night stay upfront payment against a 5 night stay. On the second day, while I was away, this Debbie Strydom went ahead and locked my door claiming that I have not checked out on time after the second day. She is the worst person I have ever seen work for the hospitality industry. She feels that customers who come to this apartment are a nuisance that need to be dealt with. The next day, my electricity in the room got finished and I had to buy some electricity out of my pocket. She has destroyed and damaged the reputation of this place. I will have to take this up with bookings.com She is unapologetic and has made my stay here a nightmare. She insists that I must pay in cash because my card was black listed which was a blatant lie. She refuses to use her vmcard machine to process payments and I had to drive out of the facility to withdraw cash. I have instructed my company to never book me or any of my employees here. This place is horrible. This won't end here. She somehow started speaking about South African laws to me, a South African who is very acquainted with the laws. I am gutted

Hello Mr Ryan Adams I am writing in respect of the return of my jacket that I bought at your shop (Fabiani) at the Waterfront branch I did not like the jacket due to the fact that it was too hot and it was short. I returned back to the shop to get the Jacket returned. I explained to the store manager Khanyisa but it was not possible for the Jacketsl to be changed. I am very disappointed and I have left the jacket at the shop. Please grant this refund. It was a great experience purchasing from the shop but it seems they are forcing me to take an item which I clearly not happy with. This is a horrible experience and I need urgent action in this matter. It has really been a frustrating experience to execute the return which is normally smooth. When I purchased the jacket, the sales attendant mentioned that of I didn't like the size of the jacket, I should happily return it. This is terrible and I hope you will act accordingly (The store manager gave me your contact details for an escalating of the issue). Not happy customer
I am writing a review of poor services received at Delta Leasing. The car I was given was already damaged and I struggled to drive the car. The breaks of the car failed and the steering blocked. South Africans beware of this scam company called Delta Leasing. They prey on individuals who are looking to rent a car and extort money from them by hiring damaged vehicles. Beware and stay away from them.
I am writing things regarding Delta Leasing They have the worst company service and they and unreliable. I hired a car from Them which was an accidental car. They did not tell me that it was an accidental car. They seem to be involved in a car rental scheme. Beware of this company and I will strongly advise anyone doing business with them to avoid them as much as possible.
I am writing about a bad service that I received from Delta leasing and L Whittaker. They seem to have a scheme of renting damaged vehicles and putting these vehicles out for lease. I have more than R17,000 that I am reclaiming from them
Never get into business with this company called "Derby Cars". They now go by the name "Delta Leasing" This Delta Leasing comapny aka Derby cars are involved in a massive car scam where they scam their victims by hiring damaged vehicles and requesting deposits. My lawyers and investigators are investigating them and they have been known to do the same thing to numerous people. Lyndon Whittaker is the main person behind this scam.
I am writing to anyone who has been or is planning to trade with this company called "Delta Leasing" or "Derby Cars". This company is a scam and there are out to scam South Africans of their hard earned money. Never rent, lease or buy any car with Delta leasing. I leased a black polo vivo which was involved in an accident and they leased it to me knowing full well thaty it was faulty. A few weeks later, when I took the car to them to be fixed, they lied that the car was working well and that it's not their fault. Stay away from this company, we are currently in court and the lawyers will deal with them. They changed their name from Derby Cars to Delta leasing but it is the same guy Lyndon Whittaker who owns the business.
