R500 for a Quote from Delta Panelbeaters

My car was thrown by a rock from protestors. I went to delta in strand to see if it could be done cheaper than my excess would be. They wanted to charge me R500 for a minute of their time to look at the car to give me a quote.

Word of mouth is not going to count in their favour.
